This newsletter is a bit later than I had intended. Firstly I want to  apologise to the clients that I was unable to finish training last year. I do hope that most of you will have succeeded to reach your goals.

For those of you who do not know 2019, was for me the year from hell. In May my daughter took her own life and my world and all those who knew her changed forever. I have spent quite a lot of time thinking how it happened and what could I have done to prevent it.

I needed the time to be able to focus on personal matters.

This year I am back at work and have made some small additions to the already available programs.

The first is the ENT-specific Medical Master Class. The ENT group training will focus on the thinking process, structure and how to successfully respond to their style of questions (scenarios). It is 4 hours and will be limited to 4 participants.  The ENT group training will be available in Sydney, Brisbane Melbourne and Adelaide. There is also a new opportunity for Professional clients to have a small group interview training programs developed and delivered for a specific group. The minimum number of participants is 4 and would run for 3 hours. For example, a group of teachers going for promotion or permanent positions, middle or senior managers from a company which may be reducing staff or technical specialists who find 'soft interview questions' difficult to answer.  For more information or to discuss specific requirements please ring Deborah Barit on mobile 0412 007 682.

Individual interview training for doctors both surgical, physician and consultants  as well as professionals are available by appointment. NB. All training provided is either role or industry specific. It is not generic.  For individual candidates the training is tailored specifically to their individual requirements.
