This is your last chance to register for the Melbourne Master Class Medical Specialty Group Interview training program on Monday 3 April 2023.

If you are planning to apply for entry into a medical specialty for 2024, this is the program for you.  Don't miss out.

The small group training (5) is specifically designed for doctors seeking specialty entry. The program covers all aspects of interview preparation. 

Part 1

• Learn to think like the interview panel
• Understand the specialty culture and how this influences the selection panel decisions
• Learn to think laterally - an essential skill for specialty interviews
• Learn to identify and structure answers for different styles of questions, open, behavioural, scenario/situational.
• Select appropriate examples to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and experience

Part 2

• Using video, each participant will have the opportunity to select and practice their interview questions, The questions provided will be specialty specific for each participant. You can also bring your own questions to practice. 
• Each participant will then have the opportunity to watch their interview and to hear and see how the interview panel sees them.
• Feedback on each interview will be provided. What worked and what areas need improvement. The assessment will be based on content, language and body language.

Using video is a very valuable part of preparing for the selection interview.

You will be provided with:

• Summary notes
• Copies of specialty interview questions
• A copy of the book - Impressive Interviews, Your pocket-sized personal interview trainer to be emailed to each participant.
• Light refreshments

The fee for the 4 hour Master Class Medical Specialty Interview Training is $925.00 +GST
